Michael Stadler – born in 1963 – has worked extremely successfully in various international positions, both as an independent entrepreneur and as an employed manager.

- Studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe
- Completed an MBA, Management and Strategy, at the TSM Business School in the Netherlands
- Manager in international project management at Mannesmann, later President of the Board of Directors of a gearwheel company in Italy
- 2002: Founding of the company Stadler Antriebstechnik, Metzingen and Reutlingen
